It’s per-product, per-status, and completely automatic from that point on.

Key things you can configure per product:

The BCC recipient email address (supports distribution lists or group inboxes)
Which order statuses trigger a notification: New Order, Processing, Completed, or Cancelled
Recipients receive a full email with product details, customer information, and order totals but only for the products they’re responsible for, not the entire order

A Real-World Example

Say you sell handmade candles, printed T-shirts, and digital downloads in the same store. Your candle supplier needs to know when to prepare stock. Your print partner needs order specs immediately. Your digital delivery is automated and nobody needs to be notified.
