2. Services Provided

WP Support Website, as a subsidiary of DreamCode Infotech, offers the following Services:

Website Support and Maintenance: We offer ongoing website support and maintenance, including updates, security monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

3. Service Fees

The Services are available under the following pricing models:

One-Time Fee: For certain website development projects, you will be required to pay a one-time fee, which is agreed upon before the project commences. This fee covers the development and delivery of the website, including the features and specifications discussed prior to commencement.

Monthly Subscription: For ongoing website support and maintenance services, you can choose a monthly subscription plan. The subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis, and you will be billed for the next month at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. The subscription may cover various levels of service depending on the plan selected, such as:

Advanced Support

Premium Maintenance and Support

Subscription fees are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for website development, support, and maintenance must be paid according to the agreed payment structure.

For one-time fees, payment is due before the commencement of the project or as outlined in the service agreement.

For monthly subscriptions, payments are due on the billing date, and you are responsible for ensuring timely payment. Payments may be made via the payment methods specified on the Site.

You agree that we have the right to suspend or terminate Services if payment is not received within a reasonable period after the due date.

5. Scope of Services

The scope of the website development, support, and maintenance Services will be detailed in the Service Agreement between you and DreamCode Infotech. This may include specific timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities for both parties.

For website development projects, the agreed-upon features and functionalities will be delivered, subject to any change requests or additional work being agreed upon separately.

Support and maintenance services provided under a monthly subscription will be outlined based on the selected plan and the specific requirements of your website.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all necessary materials, information, and resources required for us to deliver the Services. This includes providing timely feedback during the website development process, allowing access to existing website or hosting accounts, and ensuring any necessary third-party services are in place.

You must maintain an active subscription for the ongoing support and maintenance services if applicable.

You agree to follow the best practices for website usage, including maintaining appropriate security for any passwords, usernames, or accounts related to the website.

7. Changes to Services

WP Support Website reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. If any substantial changes are made that affect your ongoing projects or subscriptions, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Any changes or additional work outside of the agreed scope of work for website development or support may require an additional fee or a modification to the existing agreement.

8. Termination

WP Support Website may suspend or terminate your access to Services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or any other reason we deem necessary.

You may terminate your monthly subscription at any time by providing written notice to us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the current billing period, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you must stop using the Services.

9. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you provide for your website. Upon full payment for any development or support services, you will own the final deliverables created as part of the website development.

WP Support Website retains ownership of any proprietary tools, software, or resources used to develop or maintain your website, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Intellectual Property

The content provided by WP Support Website, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials provided to you for the purpose for which they were created.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any materials provided by WP Support Website for purposes other than as specified in the Service Agreement.

11. No Warranty

The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website development, support, or maintenance will be error-free or uninterrupted. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or performance of your website after it is delivered or after support and maintenance services are performed.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DreamCode Infotech or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profit, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamCode Infotech, its employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services, including any violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law
